Attorney Jennifer DiBella elected to the Board of Directors of Meritas

Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, P.C. shareholder, Jennifer DiBella, has been elected to the Board of Directors of Meritas, a global alliance of independent law firms that serves the legal needs of companies throughout the United States as well as all major global markets. DiBella was elected to the position from the more than 9,200 attorneys in the Meritas member network and will serve with other lawyers from around the world.

Jennifer has been involved with Meritas for several years, during which time she has served as a member of the Women’s Leadership Congress and on the United States Leadership Committee. As a Board member, she will participate in strategic planning, member recruitment and development, and the oversight of Meritas' rigorous quality standards to ensure all member firms provide the utmost service to clients and have the ability to address their needs, regardless of where they do business.
