Three of the attorneys at this firm have been tapped to serve on the Governor elect’s Transition Team. Robert J. Martino is serving on the Transition Steering Committee alongside 18 other leaders. Robert J. Martino & Arunan D. Arulampalam were selected to serve on the “Jobs & Economy” subcommittee, & Benjamin A. Wiles was selected to serve on the Data Strategy Sub-Committee. Robert J Martino is also chairing Lieutenant Governor-elect Susan Bysiewicz’s Transition Committee.

On September 11, 2018, Donald Doeg was the featured speaker at a seminar hosted by the American Council of Engineering Companies of Connecticut. Attorney Doeg presented on the topic of Avoiding Pitfalls in Contract Language.  The seminar covered a wide variety of topics including a general overview of construction contracts, dispute & resolution, fees, billing & payment, & other key contract provisions.
