Our presenters are:

Paul A. Berman, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is a senior investments manager at YHB Investment Advisors. with 30 years of with investment banking and management firms on Wall Street including Standard & Poor's, Nomura Asset Management, Kidder, Peabody and Bear Stearns. Mr. Berman is a graduate of Babson College and earned his MBA from The Wharton School.

Jonathan L. Canestri is an associate with Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, PC and a member of the Firm’s Estate Planning, Tax and Business Practice Groups. Mr. Canestri advises clients on general corporate and financial matters. As a member of the Firm’s Estate Planning Practice Group, Mr. Canestri provides assistance to clients on estate planning and tax matters. Mr. Canestri received his J.D., cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law and LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. He received his B.S., summa cum laude, in Finance from Quinnipiac University School of Business.

John E. Miller is a partner of Miller, Moriarty & Company, LLC. Having extensive public accounting experience, he serves closely-held businesses in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, wholesale, distribution and construction and individuals. A licensed CPA in Connecticut, Mr. Miller is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated from Bentley University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy.
