Thomas H. Wilkeson
Counsel, Hartford
Thomas H. Wilkeson serves as Counsel in the Firm’s Hartford office and is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Law Department where he focuses his practice in the areas of commercial lending and banking, business law, and real estate transactions.
Prior to joining the Firm, Attorney Wilkeson served in the corporate and real estate law departments of several prominent New England law firms where his experience was focused on the representation of regional lenders and small and middle market private companies in all aspects of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisitions, dispositions and leasing, and corporate finance matters.
His representative transactions cover a vast array of industries, including quick service restaurants, auto dealerships, precision manufacturing, real estate development, and office and retail leasing.
Attorney Wilkeson received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in Hartford, Connecticut. While in law school, Attorney Wilkeson was the President of the University’s ACS chapter and was an Associate Member of the Connecticut Journal of International Law.
In his spare time, Attorney Wilkeson enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, being out on the golf course, or being tortured as a Cleveland sports fan.
