Susan A. Hays

Susan A. Hays has practiced at the Firm in the area of real estate law since her graduation from law school. Her practice focuses in commercial real estate of all types, with an emphasis on development, land use, permitting, acquisition, construction and financing.
Ms. Hays has been involved in some of the largest real estate developments in the State of Connecticut, including The Mall at Buckland Hills in Manchester, the Brass Mill Center in Waterbury, the CIGNA Campus redevelopment, the Pepperidge Farm bakery facility in Bloomfield and redevelopment of the original bakery facility in Norwalk, the MassMutual Enfield relocation, and The Hartford's data center expansion as well as The Hartford's Windsor facility.
Ms. Hays has been involved in numerous professional and community organizations where she has served in various leadership roles, including president, vice president, treasurer and board member. These organizations include International Council of Shopping Centers, The Real Estate Exchange, Leadership Greater Hartford - Class of 1995, Junior League of Hartford, Inc., Celebrate Windsor, Inc., The Town & County Club, Waterman Associates, Inc., Wingaersheek Yacht Club and BASIC.
