Oliver W. Topitzer is an associate in the firm's Hartford office, where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors' rights.
Mr. Topitzer earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School, where he served as an articles editor of the Boston College Intellectual Property and Technology Journal and competed in the Grimes Moot Court Competition. During law school, he interned with the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General and joined UKS as a summer associate in 2025.
Before law school, Mr. Topitzer served as a court clerk at the New Haven Superior Court. He received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Dalhousie University.
