Michael J. Paciorek

Michael J. Paciorek is a shareholder in the firm’s Hartford office, where he practices in the areas of technology and emerging companies, venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counsel. He structures financing transactions, advises on corporate governance and contract matters, and handles mergers and acquisitions on behalf of technology startups, emerging middle-market companies, and private equity funds.
Mr. Paciorek received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law. While attending law school, he was an Executive Editor for the Connecticut Law Review in which his note analyzing McDonnell v. United States and public corruption was published.
