John Mulcahy is a Shareholder in the Firm’s corporate department and focuses his practice in the areas of commercial lending and commercial real estate.
Mr. Mulcahy represents public agencies, commercial banks and finance companies in all aspects of commercial, asset based and real-estate secured lending transactions.
Mr. Mulcahy also engages in general real estate matters in connection with the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of industrial, commercial, office and mixed use properties.
Further, Mr. Mulcahy advises businesses on general corporate matters including formation and maintenance of corporate existence, as well as compliance with statutes, regulations and organic documents.
Mr. Mulcahy is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association. He received his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law, Hamden, Connecticut, and his M.S. and B.S. in political science from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Connecticut.
