John Mulcahy is a Shareholder in the Firm’s corporate department and focuses his practice in the areas of commercial lending and commercial real estate, including:
- Representing public agencies, commercial banks and finance companies in all aspects of commercial, asset based and real-estate secured lending transactions;
- Representing individuals and private entities in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of industrial, commercial, office and mixed use properties; and
- Advising businesses on general corporate matters including formation and maintenance of corporate existence, as well as compliance with statutes, regulations and organic documents.
