Emily R. McCarthy is an associate in the firm's Hartford office where she practices in the areas of venture capital and private equity, technology and emerging companies, debt and equity financing, and commercial lending and banking.
Ms. McCarthy joined the firm in the spring of 2021 and received her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
While in law school, Ms. McCarthy was the Manuscript Editor for the Quinnipiac Law Review, Vice President of the Society for Dispute Resolution, President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and a competition team member of the Mock Trial Honor Society.
