Arunan D. Arulampalam
Arunan D. Arulampalam is an associate in the firm’s Hartford office where he practices in the areas of Business Law, Healthcare Law, Venture Finance and Public Finance.
Mr. Arulampalam advises banks and financial institutions in debt and equity financings, commercial transactions and general corporate matters, and advises emerging high-growth companies in corporate formation, debt and equity financings and general corporate matters.
Mr. Arulampalam received his J.D., cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he was the Lead Notes and Articles Editor of the Health Law Journal and President of the Student Bar Association, and his B.A. from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
