Richard Order Honored by the CCADV
On November 4, 2016, Richard S. Order was among those honored by the Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence at its 6th Annual First 100 Plus Breakfast & Awards Ceremony for his leadership efforts to improve outcomes for victims of domestic violence in Connecticut. As Chairman of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee, Attorney Order has initiated a program in which firm attorneys represent women in applying for and obtaining restraining orders protecting them from abusive family members or boyfriends.

Ben Berger Featured Presenter
On August 23, 2016, Ben Berger was a featured presenter at a seminar for HalfMoon Education, Inc. entitled "Construction Law for Public Projects." Attorney Berger's portion was focused on "Resolving Disputes and Handling Ethical Issues in Government Construction Law" and was geared toward learning to examine ethical issues including conflicts of interest, gifts and favors, as well as to resolve disputes using mediation, arbitration or litigation.
