Julia M. Herbst is an associate in the firm’s Hartford office where she practices in the areas of public finance, real estate,and business law.
While in law school, Ms. Herbst served as a judicial intern with the Superior Court of the District of Columbia for the Honorable Leonard Braman. Additionally, she worked as a Summer Associate at UKS, assisting attorneys in both litigation and corporate matters.
Ms. Herbst also has paralegal experience. Prior to joining the firm she assisted attorneys in preparing personal injury matters for litigation by conducting client intake, obtaining client medical records and accident information, maintaining client files and drafting settlement agreements.
Ms. Herbst is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association. She received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. and her B.A. from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
