John Mulcahy is an associate in the Firm’s corporate department and focuses his practice in the areas of business law and commercial real estate.
Mr. Mulcahy advises businesses on general corporate matters including formation and maintenance of corporate existence, as well as compliance with statutes, regulations and organic documents.
Mr. Mulcahy also represents public agencies, commercial banks and finance companies in all aspects of commercial, asset based and real-estate secured lending transactions.
Further, Mr. Mulcahy engages in general real estate matters including the documentation and negotiation of real estate documents including leases and purchase and sale agreements in connection with the acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial, commercial, office and mixed use properties.
Mr. Mulcahy is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association. He received his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law, Hamden, Connecticut, and his M.S. and his B.S. in political science from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Connecticut.
