Attorney Robert Martino, Chairman of the Firm’s Commercial Lending & Banking and Real Estate Finance & Leasing Practice Groups was recently quoted by the Hartford Courant regarding foreclosure on the city’s Constitution Plaza property.
The property, a product of the city’s Urban Redevelopment effort in the 1960’s, has recently come into the spotlight as multiple institutions and companies are prospectively eying it’s available now-vacant office spaces as a means to revitalize downtown economic growth.
