Peter G. Kelly served as Chair of a meeting in Budapest of the Board of Directors of the International Foundation for Electoral Systems, a major bi-partisan foundation based in Washington, D.C. that deals with emerging democracies.

Following the Budapest meeting, Attorney Kelly travelled to Cairo for consultations with Egyptian authorities concerning the upcoming electoral process.
