Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, P.C. proudly joins other law firms, legal departments and legal organizations in supporting proposed amendments to Connecticut Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4(7) (Click here to view).  The proposed amendments to the Rule are designed to formalize prohibitions against discrimination and harassment in the practice of law.  UKS is a signatory to the Connecticut Bar Association’s Diversity and Inclusion Pledge which began in 2016.
